Now you are a woman! stuck and confined to the four walls, standing with some dignity.
Questioning myself with invisible heavy chains that bind my feet to mark my femininity.
walking in the daylight but dark inside, empty, hollow, silent, and mild thoughts which freaks.
Padding, not even listening to my footsteps, Ah! I heard someone judging and doubting my steps.
With some courage and hope, I took another step with unspoken words,
I saw some false smiles, some unhappy, desperate souls.
A puppeteer with flattering voice and manipulative minds who control,
Some real actors who know how to play their role.
I am caged in my authenticity, yes! I dared to doubt my worth,
Losing hope, helpless dignity,
looking around to maintain the berth.
No one wants to listen to your side of the story,
they go where they have benefits,
my eyes are tearing up,
remembering my past experiences,
ripping apart my heart,
And I want to know the existence of my birth,
and I want to know the existence of my part.
